Yokohama Travel Guide

Yokohama is Japan's largest incorporated city and second most populous urban area after Tokyo. Yokohama developed as Japan's prominent city following the end of Japan's isolation, and is today one of its major ports.

About Yokohama

Yokohama covers an area of 168.8 sq. miles (437.4 sq. Km) and is estimated to have a population of 3.6 million people being the capital of Kanagawa Prefecture, located in the Kantō region and is a major commercial hub of Japan.

Hokuto

Hokuto classes itself as a Western-style izakaya, which is a traditional Japanese tavern; so there seems to be a contradiction somewhere. Nevertheless, if you enjoy a good drink and something to eat while you are drinking, you will love this place. And, if after a few drinks, you like to test your vocal chords, you can try karaoke, too.
